DL only does RSSI...sorry for the confusion...

The vector interprets RSSI as percentage. Both my RSSI and LQ read as percentages. Reading some Dragonlink threads from a few years ago says DL only does RSSI.

What he said... but to simplify it, RSSI is received signal strength indicator meaning how strong of a signal the receiver is seeing.

Are you running a separate BEC??? Also sounds like you may need a ferrite ring on the 1.3 VTx cable on board. Not an expert by any means but I'd try that first.
