I can't reach your support at your site...
Having problems uploading pictures so.... The unit can't handle all directions I've never heard of that issue before and the micro USB port broke right off, so I would like to have a new unit sent to me please and I'll send the faulty back to you if I'll have a way offing that thank you.

Hi Tarsson, try to reply to the confirmed email received from BG. Otherwise cservice@banggood.com all faulty parts was replaced without any problem For my. Don't forget to make a short video to explain your problem.
