I just recently ordered a Tiny OSD fom Hobby King and just found the thread about the current sensor issue and the fact that your updated current sensors no longer use Deans connectors. The HK version of the Tiny OSD look to have Deans connectors. Are they shipping the current sensors that have issues, or has this been resolved?

Any information would be appreciated.

Thank you

The issue had been resolved.
The HK Tiny OSD is a HobbyKing brand, so we are unable to provide service directly.
If you have any question on HK Tiny OSD, please contact HobbyKing product support team.
Thank you for understanding

Is there a step by step on how to calibrate the current sensor other than keith's on rcflighttest.com? Where do you buy the USB to TTL programmer?

AFAIK, Keith's is the only one I know of. And the USB programmer cable is available from the skylark FPV store. http://www.skylarkfpv.com/store/index.php?route=product/product&path=39&product_id=67
