As this is the first time I post here and many of you will know not our history, I'd make a look back:

We started making this frame called Spidex, exactly 2 years ago, it was just a hobby but we we sold many of these frames. The frames were made with a three axis router using fiber and plastic. We made all parts in our workshop.

This is the V2 version of August 2012 with the redesigned system isolation.

and this is a video with this frame:

In October 2013 we released the V3 version. Posted on FR4 and machined aluminum parts anodized in purple, carbon tubes for silent blocks and suspension of silicone which is what we are selling now and this is the link to product:

These are pictures of the product:

It is a small and simple frame, it gets semi-profesional video and it is foldable.
We have 900kv motors for 9"propellers and 640kv motors for 11" propellers

With 900kv motors and small propeller is very easy to get a perfect video without jello and the result is very professional like first video.

With 11" propellers and 640kv motors you get better flight time but it is more sensitive to jello efect, however some customers have awesome videos with 11" propellers. Mike Taero from Tahiti for example have a lot of videos with Spidex V3, some of them with 11", for example this one (thanks Mike!):

The unit we are selling now have a PCB lower frame for power distribution, we sell this ESCs with no heat-shrinked tubes, so people can do this assembly. it have place for APM/Pixhawk current sensor soldered directly, all very clean.

I think this thread is dead. Hope their customer support is better. Didn't got an answer to my question. No E-Mail response, too.

I agree. I needed a replacement for a bushing and never received a response to my email. I can vouch they make a great product, but they need a RMRC course in customer service.

I think Quaternium might be having trouble with their business. No responses anywhere, and their account here has been inactive a long time...
If they don´t want customer contact, they might not be around much longer.

That's a shame. I was starting to look for a good quality frame on which to have a nex 5 on the front. Their Spidex Pro fits the bill perfectly.

It sure does. I had the V1 and wanted a Pro but its unavailable. Unfortunate...

Guess I will have to give up on getting one of these to fly a nex 5 with.
