EDIT: I found a suitable cable. In an old airplane.

I've lost the video out cable with the connector that connects to the camera board. Any idea where I can get a new one? or what type and size the connector is?

Thanks

Which do you guys prefer to use IR-block or IR-sensitive? Is the difference noticeable during daytime flight for IR-sensitive? I like the option of having it still be conducive to night flying but wouldn't want to sacrifice too much color balance for daytime since thats mostly when I'll fly.

We suggest you use IR sensitive camera, although not good as IR blocking at day, but has better image at night and not bad image at day.

I bought the IR blocked (http://www.surveilzone.com/fpv/fpv-camera/sony-super-had-ccd-600tvl-fpv-ir-block-camera-2.8mm-lens) version and finally got around to configuring it. After about two minutes, the picture starts flashing like it is going out of sync, and gets worse until there is no picture. Let it sit and all is fine until about two minutes in. Is there any part on the board that can be the culprit that may be easy to replace?

What is the best way to configure the camera for flying when the sun is low in the sky?
I am having trouble finding a contrast/brightness setting that allows me to fly with the sun in view without turning the sky white and everything else black, while still maintaining away-from-sun picture quality.
Does that make sense?

Otherwise, this camera with 2.8mm lens is an awesome piece of kit! So much better and lighter than my "other brand" 3.6mm worth twice as much...

I think the webpage for this cam should mention it works as low as 9V.
This is important because a lot of us are using 9V linear voltage regulators to clean 3S power that is dirty because of ESC & motor noise.

Reference: See rcmodelreviews youtube video "FPV Backpack"

The mini 600tvl camera (http://www.surveilzone.com/plastic-case-sony-super-had-ccd-600tvl-super-mini-fpv-camera-2.1mm-lens-hs1178) we recommend supports DC5V to DC15V, sure it can be run by 9V power.

Hay guys I recently received 2 CC1333-B cameras from SurvailZone and they both seem to have the same issue. Her is a quick sample video of the issue

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j2G6fk7AMPI&list=UU9FobHoDnBoDaKsp9U5qyjg
this happened with both the stock settings and with some settings I got from bonafidepirate. I also tested it on 2 different fpv vehicles (that work fine with my other cameras) and I still got the issue. The only time I did not have the issue was when the cam turned black and white, then the picture was fine. Any ideas?

I am pretty sure it is not my setup that is causing the issue.

Please follow the below steps:

1. power the camera by DC12V

2. connect the camera directly to a monitor, no wireless device involved.

3. see if you can enter the OSD, reset to factory setting to have a try.

Any problems can you send us email? Just in case we miss some posts.

I have the exact same probleem, default settings and WDR on. I turned up the contrast and brightness a little but the image is basicall unflyable on certain anglees with respect to the sun. I have a IR sensitiive versioon though. Would IR block make a huge difference.
