View Full Version : WiteSpy MultiWii Pro 3.0ez Setup and tuning

28th May 2013, 10:17 PM
This is my 1st experience with MultiWii.

This is my plan to do the setup for my Witespy MultiWii Pro 3.0ez on a F550 hexa I just built. The Accelerometer Calibration and trimming I am going to follow the FAQ on Witespyís web site and the Basic and Advanced PID tuning I am using from the MultiWii Wiki. The Steps above is my plan-of-action and I would welcome some tips or corrections anyone has before I start. Especially anyone with a Hexa and/or Simon K ESCís! I am using RCtimer HP2212 1000kv motors with 9x5 props and 4s batt.
I am going to worry about the Magnometer, Gps, etcÖ later on when I get all above stable enough to fly.
Last question, the only difference between auto level and altitude hold is the Barometer, correct? Meaning that the Horizontal mode activated without the Baro is auto level and with the Baro is Altitude hold with auto level? Please correct me if I am wrong.

Thanks in advance for any insight.
