Good idea, I have been avoiding GG for winglets because it doesn't want to stick to the coroplast, but with holes it should stick fine. Did you use white or brown?

I used white, I didn't prep the winglets like you did either.

    my suggestion:

    use neutral cure silicone glue.
does not attack foam or electronics.
sticks to foam and winglets for dear life. ( and it will flex a little on hard crashes making the bond even stronger )
great for mounting servos. ( just dont put it underneath cause youŽll never get them out )

only bad part is it takes like 8 hours to set.

    give it a try!!!

Thanks Roberto, and I'm glad you're following this thread.

Since I don't need 48 tubes, might go see if they have some at the hardware store tomorrow.

    If not, maybe this. http://www.ebay.com/itm/Black-RTV408...#ht_720wt_1163

Doing something a little different here, instead of running all the cables to the rx, running them to a junction, combining the +5v and -, and just running PPM, this reduces the total number of wires to the rx, and makes it easier to change out individual components later if stuff dies, or for testing. This cable is from an old burnt out PC fan controller.
