    Airbagit13s Maxi Swift build

Father's Day gift, I love it. Here are a few picture's I took while building her, nothing fancy just shots of the areas I cut out to hold the RX, TX, Batteries, and OSD. The build was very quick and simple. Cut and installed the servos then glued the wing halves together. They were a little off, like 1/4 an inch but it doesn't effect the flight.

I used the provided string to act as a support and left out CF altogether.

The pictures with all my gear looking like a mess was me figuring out my CG.

Once I did that I started cutting with my dremel tool. My cuts were terrible, If I was going to do it again I would use a razor for the outside cuts and a dremel to hollow out the cavity.

I cut a Plywood plate to mount underneath the stock motor mount. I will be drilling a hole through both the top and the bottom and bolting them down. This way not only do I have the epoxy holding the stock mount on but it will also be bolted.

Here's a video landing her on maiden. I wanted to try to see how slow she could fly before stalling which is why she looks so sluggish.

Heres one of her just flying around. I am going to stick a more powerful motor on it.My motor right now is like 350 watts, I think I am going to go to 450 or 550.

I have just realized I have 90% of what is needed for one.
I have already have a desktop cnc, which takes care of 75% of the software, power supplies, controller, etc.
I have laying around 4-5 steppers too. I purchased Mach3 and Profili a long time ago too.

    3 "I have".....

1 "I dont have" the "go getter" attitude needed at the moment.
