Uno 5800 Receiver GS-Link pin out?

    Hello,

Has any information been released on the pin out for the Uno5800?
It looks like a Y/C connector...

    Another question...

Is it possible to have both the Duo5800 used with the EZTracker and take the video feed out from the Duo to the Uno5800 to be re-transmitted (different channel)to a video base station or Fat Shark goggles?

    Thanks in Advance...

If i understand your question. You would not beable to use the Uno to transmit anything since its a VRx on Vtx but i bet you could hook a Vtx up to it and rebroadcast you signal.

I would be using another another small wattage 5.8ghz FatShark or Immersion TX to the Uno5800 RX on a different frequency...

Video down link out from the DuoLink5800 ---> into 5.8 TX re-broadcasted to the Uno5800 ---> Video/Audio out to Video Ground Station that is not near the EZTracker.

I would like to be wireless video/audio from the EZTracker/Duo5800...

    Hope that helps

Does anyone have the pin out for the GS-Link?

I have got 4 out of the 6 pins in the GS-Link connector sussed out. I have a reasonable idea of what the other two are for but I am waiting to see if Sander will release the information before I share what is possibly false info. Did we ever hear from IRC on this question?

There's no big secret, the pinout is as follows (on the Uno, looking at the female connector):

Pin 1 - DATA (used for the GS)
Pin 2 - Audio right out
    Pin 3 - GND
    Pin 4 - BATT input (6-16V)
    Pin 5 - Video out
Pin 6 - Audio left out

These pins are all available on the other connectors too, but for the DATA pin.

Thanks Ssassen. I just come out the shed having sucessfully DIY'd up a link cable. Could the DATA pin be used to switch the frequency? I was going to see if shorting it to ground was the same as pressing the button.

It is a bidirectional link that communicates with the GS, shorting it to ground isn't a good idea really. There's nothing you can do with it at this point, only after the GS is released it will be functional.
