    vee antenna placement

    Hi,

    I have the vtx out on a wing, and I was trying to figure out how to mount a vee antenna. Does this look right?

    looks good to me, i watch you dont catch the ground during landing and rip it off

    Yes, that's what I'm worried about. How else could I mount it to avoid that problem?

    i mounted mine like this

    2 1/8 inch pieces of wood 1 sunk into the wing and epoxy'd

    with a screw a a pivot point/failure point
