Does it disappear when the camera is turned off? That's the best test.

Tractors are where it's at.
My spike does not disappear when the camera is off. I sure hope its not the 600TVL because that one looks nice...
433Mhz is right in the middle of the band not 443 ;-)
My fav UHF friendly cams in no particular order are the
- RMRC 480 & 540
- Sony superhad 600 pz0420 (mentioned previously)
- Seawolf Pixim 690 pz0481 (bit heavy but always great picture on sunny days)
Currently using them all with no EzUHF problems.
But my GoPro2 is causing GPS lock problems with my DJI gps!!! Always something ;-)

ChrisG.
is the RMRC 520 camera UFH friendly?

If the spike is still there then it can't be the camera. ChrisG is correct- 433 is the UHF band. 443 is above it. Studip Dyxlesia![]()

I'm pretty sure the spike in my screenshot was from the BEC powering the system and not from the camera itself. I just reused an old picture that was still in my attachment browser.
If you would like me to re-scan the camera by itself, powered by a 12 volt battery instead of a BEC, I can do it later this week.
RcLab1: Right at the bottom of that page there is a warning about the RMRC-520's potential UHF interference. For the same price you can get the RMRC-480 which is a very sharp little camera. There's lots of us using it with no UHF worries. You won't be disappointed.
Sorry guys I should have written RMRC 480 "and" 540 cams.
I have not used the 520... I've heard it can cause probs.
Chris.
The RMRC 480 used to be my very favorite camera, but then I got a 600.
Have to agree J.... It's hard to beat in all lighting conditions.
Ive found it to be a heap better than the Seawolf at dusk but not quite as good in super bright sun.
Rclab... I generally just strip back the supplied connector and crimp on a servo plug to go into my osd or loom.
If you don't have a pair of crimpers and some pin sets/plug sockets it's worth hunting some down... Worth their weight in gold for FPV and RC in general.
