please review my birds nest wiring diagram

    hey guys.

i have just got the package with the core, osd, ezuhf etc. as i have never wired up something like this - never even used RSSI, i am not overly confident about powering it all up in a hurry.

i think i have it wired correctly but im not 100% on the rssi wires between the ezuhf and ezosd.

it would be a big confidence booster if you would have a quick look for me

to clarify : the esc BEC is disabled. do i need to cut the power wire?

also i realise i would get more accurate current readings if i plugged the CC BEC in after the sensor. i just don't want to have to run even MORE wires.

You don't need to cut it, but I would remove it from the plastic plug and just shrink wrap it to the ground wire (make sure to cover all metal in the shrink wrap).

Besides that, I think it looks good. Still staring at it...

Being serious, I'm confused why your RX is connected to your OSD. Could you explain that to me? And motor to Rx would be signal and ground (yellow and black), just to make sure.

Your servo's are connected to your BEC but should be connected to your RX...? Or do you do that to avoid drawing power through the RX?
    I run mine through RX.

Kmart the RX sends out RSSI so you want that on the OSD to show you signal strength.

Otherwise it looks a lot like mine..

The yellow is faint, but I see the signal from servos going to the RX.

RSSI would work, they just weren't labeled and I couldn't tell.

Thhis is a super simplified version of mine.

Since my Z2 is down waiting on a motor I may take this time to document the wiring a bit better but I think this is accurate except for the +- coming in from RSSI, and my ESC needs to have the ground put back on (?).

sassen advises to only run the signal to the rx, and run power to the servos straight from the BEC. i have not done it before but i thought i would give it a run this time.

the connection is the digital RSSI from the ez uhf to ez osd
