I have sent back two defective OSDs to you. I have sent you many emails and PMs with the USPS Registered mail #. Delivery was attempted on you last week but the package was not delivered.

I sincerely hope this is a mistake. Please go to your local post office and pick up the package so you can replace my items.

sorry to read about this. I am about to order a Standard IV OSD, just skimming through this forum. What I read doesn't make happy: technical issues, your problem here, hard to find and skimpy documentations...

Dear Jimmy ,

We have checked with our local post office, the package is still in the course of transportation.
The status of USPS means the package arrived customs and tansfer to China Post
It isn't a real delivery action.
