Thanks. Works well too. I can post the CAD file if anyone wants to cut it or just perhaps dimension it. Of course it is easier just to get the HK one if you catch it in stock. If only I could find a good 180 servo. The ones I modded (Tpro MG16) are kinda jumpy in the rotation like low resolutiion...?

Looks really nice. Wish I had access to a laser cutter. Gotta be fun using one.

It is a lot of fun. First time I saw it working I was amazed. We just got a 5 axis CNC this year too

Oh yeah? Well we have an infinity axis with built in wifi. We have 3 of them actually - in case 2 of them were to break. We use 'em to make emergency arctic combat hostage retrieval parts for the Secret Olympic Swat Team up in Canada. Just sayin'.

Unfortunately, I dont think so. it is IMPOSSIBLE to beat HK's price on these, and theirs are fiberglass. The only disadvantage is shipping and availability. I even have been using theirs, they are just a bit better quality with bearings on the tilt and all.

I find them too flimsy. I also use the HK ones. If they doubled the thickness it would be perfect IMO.

Really? I have the L sized ones and find they are ok. The base is a little flimsy, but I used epoxy to make a fillet at the 90 degree connect and that strengthened it pretty well.
