FY20a weird RF shows up with RFExplorer- Ideas?

I cannot figure out why my FY20a is acting weird.

Here is a dorky video explaining the symptoms.

Anyone got any thoughts? I had similar symptoms with my FY30a...

Removing the FY20A made the spike go away. Putting a ferrite bead between the FY20a and the DOSD did not solve the problem.
I have ferrites between the servos and the FY20a. There are no other ferrites.

    Equipment:

    FY20a V2
    DOSD
    Hitec servos HS645
1.2ghz 300mW tx (not hooked up)
    RMRC 480 camera
    TSUHF NR RX

After further testing, I think that this is not the fault of the FY20a. I think I have a short in my wires that I'm tracking down.
