    Nice!
Whats was your average flight times when tested fully loaded (weight)?

(I'm following TimNilisons' new Quad also) :-)

really depends on the motors and battery. about 10 minutes with a 4S 3300mAh and the stock DJI motors. I can squeeze out almost double of that with a 3S 6000 and some sexy AHM motors.

Fer, Sure, it's very easy to do it yourself. We ship the pin-headers that are required together with the frame.

yes, the frame will actually ONLY be available as an upgrade to the existing flamewheel or the china-clone. we do not plan on competing with DJI, and they do not sell the arms + screw set individually. If you're a DIY guy you can buy the arms, a couple of 2.5mm screws and then get cracking. but to be honest the arms alone will set you back about $45, the additional $30 are well spent for the high quality screws. if you want to save money get the knock-off frame for $25 including all the screws.

That thing looks SWEET! It was only a matter of time before the X got boring... loving the new arm layouts.

If you need help developing a TBS Tricopter, let me know!! I'm available for beta testing too!!

we don't like Tri's. If you're going to go multirotor, might as well get rid of the servo we're doing something completely different next. well ... "next" ... we're close to completion, starting the NEXT project this weekend actually

Awww Trappy dont hate, Tricopters are actually pretty amazing in their own way. The yaw mechanism on the tail makes for incredibly fluid and smooth turns. You can spin like a top if you wanted to and then stop in an instant.

Looking forward to seeing what your cooking up.
