    ALL RIGHT !!!!

got a chance to canibalised my F450.I got it all fitted together without locktite, just wanted to try it fast.

No FPV yet, i have to build my new antenna before, also, i am waiting for my replacement chainlink RX.

So i will try to fpv using my frsky 2.4 with my old 400mw 1.280ghz.

This frame is really rigid, all the vides i use to have with the F450 is gone

Here is a small video (crappy...) made by my wife, i just wanted to hover with the spotlight (it was pitch dark)

    - F20A ESC flashed with Simonk firmware
    - Sunnysky 2212-13 980kv
    - 9x5 3 blade prop
    - FreeFlight controller 3D auto balance
    - GoPro

got it pre order, delivered a few weeks ago, had issues flying with the battery in the rear compartment, im running a 15oz 5000mah.. would stop moving forward when in flight and jump quick back to the rear.. the naza was touching the front of the battery so couldnt move it back any further , so had to move battery to the top for better CG,, didnt wanna move naza on top.... it flys good, alot slower than the F450 with 11's but nice for shooting video.. now i have a big empty compartment in the rear..

Trappy, are you saying if i don't wait for the below, they will come quicker? I'll post here since you didn't answer my email regarding the following:

    - Repaired TBS PSU sent to you on 24/Feb
    - Tbs69 replacement lens ordered on 19/Jun
    - Discovery with core ordered 3/July

I paid shipping separately for all of the above and haven't received any of them

    Had to vent out...

Just finished my build, going to maiden it today sometime both LOS and FPV.

    Setup includes:

    RCtimer 30A esc's
    Ipower 2212 850kv
    APC 9x4.7 props
    FreeFlight flightcontrol board 1.22C
    RMRC 1.3ghz Tx 300mw
    Bluebeam clover leaf
    2.4ghz FRsky 6ch rx
    GoPro HeroHD
    12v output UBEC

Going to switch over to a board cam as soon as i can put my hands on a TBS CORE. Also seriously considering going to a NAZA unit as even after the reflash i am still not hugely happy with the freeflight board

shadow, consider getting the cloverleaf down onto the top of the frame. The way you got it is going to get expensive to crash. props and a vtx/antenna. the 1.3 doesn't care........ great reception down low

I've got my first Discovery Video uploaded...
Unfortunately there was almost all the time wind, so the footage could be better.
My Setup: naza, dji motors, 9 inch graupners, dji esc's etc.

I used the vibration mount green gel pads...

I must say I'm really happy with this quad! It's greatly thought through, little details.
etc. The TBS Core rocks but especially on this quad it's brilliant with RSSI trace.
@ Trappy: which percentage means failsafe is close? (ezuhf digital rssi needle setting)
I started multirotors just 2 month ago, but I've done flips with the discovery

I will travel to France, Germany, England, Wales and Mauritius next month and will take it with, can't wait!!

Some of the slow flying is done in altitude mode, the rest all in manual. Hope the get a CC board soon.

    and here the video
