Thread: TBS CORE - The all-in-one FPV solution from the sheep that fly

  1. #381
green light = processor running, 5V running
    blue light = 5V and 12V running

What version is your board? Only the newest revision has the blue LEDs (V1.1 and up)

Thank you for the reply. The board is V1.0 I'm getting a solid 12v at the camera and 5v at the TX but still no picture. It could be a thousand different reasons so I'm trying my best to figure it out.

Does anyone have a wiring diagram for the core with an immersion 5.8 600mw v2 tx.

Also do I need the current sensor to show pack voltage on the osd?

what's the best way to have a TBS CORE co-exist with a ezOSD? I love the CORE for the clean power and 12v stepdown on 4S but I want to try out my ezOSD on the same bird.

Hi I just found out my discovery has a current sensor on the frame so I enabled it in the core's menu however if I choose the 100amp option as soon as my discovery starts up it starts reading at 99.9 amps and the mah just climbs and climbs.

this happens whatever current sensor option I choose.

    Any ideas ?

    John.

Trappy, I sent you a pm. If you would like to send me your email, I'll send you the file.

Hopefully my deep reaper will be ready to go in not to long. Still waiting for parts so the project is on pause
eeee, any chances you could share the vsd with me as well?

    Thanks.

no need for the current sensor to show the voltages. Only if you want to measure current consumption and corrent used, that's when you need the current sensor.

I've been a two battery guy since I got into this hobby and have never had a single issue but not always that happy with having to maintain a second battery for every flight (Ya I know I'm anal). After setting up my recently purchased TBS on the Specter I think I'm ready to convert everything over to TBS core. The video quality is great and damn! this board is small. Well done Trappy...

Off to buy to few more from getfpv.com, Tim get your packing tape ready

I received my core preinstalled on a Disco frame... I don't think the current sensor was included, but it seems that the Core OSD does show consumption. If I don't have the sensor, should I assume these numbers are inaccurate? What setting should be used for 3s'? 50?

Also, is there a contrast adjust for the OSD? Here in Texas the bright blue sky is perpetually filling the top half of the screen and reading the voltage is nigh impossible.
