Yesterday i was doing laundry and i noticed something that made me think about a Flightcontroller on a quad:

As the washingmachine (=heavy) shakes a little, everything on top is bouncing arround. I had some small items on top of the machine, a cap, some screws, a pen and they where all over the place. So if i translate that to a quad with heavy motors fixed to a frame, wouldn't the flightcontroller shake more because it is the lightest part? I've always bolted my KK-board directly to the frame and it flies without any jello on really low gain. Food for thought

For a keychain camera, I think this anti-vibration mount for the FY30A might do the trick to get rid of the jello effect. The floating plate is suspended by 4 O-rings. I ordered one to test with my keychain cam.

While my previous tricopter had very little vibration visible in the gopro footage... I went to a quad and it was terrible. First I built as stiff a frame as possible, mounting the motors rigidly (versus my sorbothane mount), and mounted the gopro rigidly. It was okay at certain rpms and unuseable at other rpms... So I tried the earplug mount. WOW! It works scary good! Here's some pics of what I did. The first one worked better without the case because the camera was not only lighter but not as high up as the mount with the case. With the cg of the cam so high up any oscillations are magnified slightly. It's not terrible but it was like the footage from my tricopter without flashed esc's... the wobble had returned! lol. btw, the zipties are NOT snugged tight, just enough so they touch the earplug tips to keep them from moving around, this is my safety feature. Next I'm going to try a mount that has the bare gopro held by earplugs both below and above and I ordered a layerlens to go with it. With the gopro suspended in its own cacoon it should be well protected in a crash.

I was just cleaning out a drawer and found a few of these:

...Should work nicely as a dampener no?

balance props, balance prop adapters/spinners, balance motors (if electric). if it moves air, balance it! then go back and balance it all together!
try all combinations of hard and soft mounting your power system and camera.
try different/combinations of build materials. some like absolutely rigid (aluminum or carbon/kevlar/glass-fibers) others like wood

1/2" thick soft open cell foam and rubber bands/RC-56 glue or silicon caulking is the old school way. new school way is pre-cured silicon. be it cut off sheets, "bathroom stickers" or an over-priced percussion dampener like moongel.

you can also choose to fly in the brightest conditions possible. Less ISO and a faster shutter speed = slightly less jello. (tho you will see more prop)
