Hey since you've got this same unit maybe you can help.
My initial plan was to output the video stream from the dominator goggles into my vupoint dvr which i would keep in a backpack or pocket, but all my workbench tests return blacked out video. The video durations are fine but content is all black. Maybe I should be asking this in a fatshark thread instead but can't the doms output while displaying the 5.8rx feed?

Anyways.. the unit will be perfect and the price is ideal, as long as i can get my goggles to play nice.

No idea. The DVR came with two A/V cables and has video out so with another screen you can preview the video that it's recording real time (well with a bit of lag), but you can see if the DVR is getting video that way.

thanks volto, I'm all sorted out. I was pushing the av cable too far into the jack on my dominators.

great little pvr.. for 25 bucks, so glad I bought this thing.

I just got this one and it tests well, records through any static and will work with 5-30 volts. I love the solid case with mounts and Real time 30FPS.

Kick ass fusion. Have a sample flight video to show us? Also a link to the product?
