Tbs unify pro race upper power levels?

Hey there I have a unify pro race hv. I've seen in the manual and elsewhere it only shows up to 200mw. But I've been told it will go higher when unlocked (to 500mw, 800mw etc). I can set those in smart audio but I can't in the default buttons. And it seems to reset to 200mw each time. My vendor supposedly asked trappy who said it can go higher and my vendor claimed he was running it at a higher power as well. I've fully unlocked the thing, no pit mode etc, how can I get a higher power? Or is this just incorrect?
