Unfortunately Tbs have become herd sheep rather than black sheep... now they just follow the flock of multicopter racer boys that regurgitate the same old stuff.
From the looks of things they plan to sit back and watch others keep the long range/wing vibe alive that they started all those years ago.

    It's a shame really.

well they still have the original discovery's. I would imagine they became tired of 75% of endurance buyers expecting a jello free package from the endurance platforms thinking that it was build and fly with perfect video.

Yeah, looks like the end of an era. I picked up a couple of aerialmob arm kits on super-clearance, but I'm not sure what motors to pick up.

Actually, I'm surprised to see they're not out of stock yet. If anyone wants to stock up on spare parts: http://team-blacksheep.com/products/..._mob_extension

If you come up with a set of motors you really like, please share!

Ive had my pro from the very start so certainly have a soft spot for them.
I ended up with the Tiger 3110-780kv and Tiger 10x3.3 props on std arms.
this gives me 22 odd min on 4s 5800s....

That's a nice setup, Chris...and the results certainly speak for themselves! Even though I'm disappointed that TBS seems to be letting this product die (or maybe "wither" is the better term), I can't blame them for reacting to what the market demands. They are trying to stay in business, after all. Personally, I relegated my endurance Disco Pro to FLIR duty long ago, but then I discovered that I could get the same flight time and much better performance on long climbs and descents using the stock setup with more battery. I put my spare parts up for sale a while back and didn't have any takers, so they're just gathering dust.
    Shut up and fly.
