Been out of the game for a little whats teh best Tx and Rx these days?

Back when I was flying Lawmate had just finished it's rain of supreme Rx and Tx. I mostly used RMRC stuff. What is the new top dog when it comes to the 600mw-800mw 1.3 combo? Is RMRC still viable?

The frequency 1280 is under attack but still legal last I checked; some people have been going 1360 lately and some manufacturers have stopped carrying 1.3 stuff altogether.

As far as I know the transmitter itself isn't super crucial so long as it emits some semblance of a video signal at it's advertised power levels and doesn't emit a bunch of EMI that steps on your other components. Antenna quality, receiver quality, and how directional you want to go with those antennas to be still seems to be the crucial part. I use a cheap Hobbyking 1.3 vtx to good enough effect.

RMRC still sells good 1.3 gear.

Ok so some of my older gear still might work fine. Looks like the rmrc receiver is the same.

Didn't know if you had any of your 1.28 equipment on hand but a few of us are flying with that band and not having any issues so far. Started using the Ibcrazy Pepperbox and pushing the distance even farther with exceptionally clear video. You still have the Techpod by chance?
