I can still find everything, it's usually not so messy but I have like 10 projects going on at once, I have another table next to it full of stuff too. If I am too organized I spend more time looking for the right part/tool than I do actually building. The plane was sitting in my lap while I was working, but I often work on the floor too. My garage has three large work surfaces that aren't as cluttered.

I need FPVer's drill press too johnc. Perfect size for hobby use.

Nice shop sircana. Those tables look like they were made from doors, good idea.
Don't steal, the government hates competition.

Hah.. and to think my brother always give me shit about cropping his messy ass workshop out of any pics we post up.
Far better is it to dare mighty things, even though checkered by failure; than to take rank with those who neither enjoy much or suffer much, because they live in the gray twilight that knows not victory nor defeat.

    Check out these.
How many engineers does it take to change a light bulb?
    3. One to hold the light bulb and two to turn the ladder.

Ok, I cleaned up the "storage bench" a bit...made me realize I need to re-stock a couple things. And I see your bb gun and raise you. Wish I still had my 32" flat screen in there....oh well.

I need to give the airsoft a try...never played with one. What does the crankshaft belong to?

Also, who's found the best glue gun? I want to get stabby every time I touch mine.

I'm in the same boat. I have to keep all the tools out for a certain project until I'm done.

Drives me nuts to re-gather everything when I have a chance to come back and work on something in-progress.

That being said, my garage is an effing disaster zone. Working on it though! Got the dirt-bike stuff put up, and getting the beer stuff out of the way.

Got my GoPro back, so I'm ready to rock with taking the Zii from LOS to FPV. Once I get that squared away, I'll be able to put some more stuff back where it belongs. =)

Heh, that's no airsoft gun. AR15 painted by me, eotech 557, free float quad rail, and light.

The crankshaft goes to a Ford 460 big block. Pretty mild build .30 over, stock heads ported/polished, performer intake/750cfm edlelbrock carb. Some more goodies not really worth mentioning. It's going in my 1955 Ford F-100 pickup.

I use the cheap walmart dual temp glue guns...works for me.
