Is there any estimate of when you will have the TBS/LayerLens Go Pro Mount in stock??

I am considering it for my SkyWalker.

If all goes to plan, I should have them back in stock by the end of this week (around the 4/20).

I got my Z2 built and tested the camera box. The skids do in fact show up in the view. I could tell before I ever turned the camera on that it would. Here is the view in 1080P Med FOV and 720 wide. It takes up a good chunk of the screen in 720. I guess i will have to cut the left skid back. Tim must of tested this with cut back skids or no skids at all.

It doesn't show up at MED (127 degree), but I never tested it on WIDE. I don't think it will show up, if it does we'd need to adjust the design and the first few guys would need to shorten the tab using sanding paper. I'll test this as soon as I can, though, and we'll change the design if there's any issues. I'll get back to you ASAP.

Edit: Tim has just tested, it doesn't show up on 720p wide, which is the widest mode

Cabster -- What I tested was to see if the GoPro cam skid from the case shows in the picture (the wooden tabs that stick out). What you are doing is combining two different products, which were not meant to be combined: The TBS GoPro Mount with LayerLens and the Skids from the Ritewing GoPro Cam Case. Sorry that this was not clear to you. To do what you're doing would require people to buy both the TBS GoPro Case AND the Ritewing GoPro case, which was not something I expected.

Sorry about that. For some reason I thought those skids came with the Z2 and not the ritewing cam box. It all came in one big box . I think it will be fine after I trim the front skid back a little.

When I screwed the layer lens together, I over tightened the top left screw (if viewing from the front) and broke the screw holder. All the screws were tight all the way in so it was hard to tell when It got to the end. Just a warning for anyone else putting it together.

Damn, now that i ordered that box, i also recognize the design failure...GoPro at the wrong side (so it's too near to the skid) -.-
Did someone already cut the skids down a little bit to see, if they are out of the pictures then?

Like Tim said, this camera box was not designed to be used with the skids that come with the ritewing camera box. Although I think with some cutting of the skid, it will be fine.
