Finally got a little time to play with laminating the bottom of the right wing...won't bore with pics but it turned out okay...

Quik question though as I haven't glued the tail assembly yet...

I'm seeing the vertical stabilizers put together in different wayspicture looking at the back of the plane)

    What's best?

I also have some 1.5mm-ish carbon fiber plate around here somewhere...would crafting some winglets be advantageous or harmful to a new flyer?

Inside the booms is the most common.

Should reduce the drag a fair bit and even if they're not that effective. they look kinda cool.
Should get to test them later today.
They look cool, can you share the .stl file?

Just bear in mind that if you print it in PLA, you'll need to paint it.

Nice drag reduction on the wings! Did you match the airfoil by measuring it, or did you look up the Clark Y airfoil?

If it is broken, fix it. if it isn't broken, I'll soon fix that.

Nah, transferred the outline onto a piece of paper and then scanned it. Is it just a thinned down Clark-Y?

These days I fly this plane 99.5% of the time. My quads are getting so dusty. Fast or slow it's amazing.

I wonder if those winglets can be scaled up for a banshee.
