so the notch filter fixes this problem? Or it is just and extra to buy for the crossfire?

I really hope you're right, and that this is the solution...Simply and easy.
....but we'll have to wait and see how it performs in the real world.
The ultimate test will come from the end users.

Using a Moxon on the Crossfire (up to 500mw) and a Mad Mushroom on the YellowJacket, I found zero (nadda, nothing) interference when holding the two antennas less than an inch apart. To be honest, when I moved the two antennas close together, I saw a very short (1ms maybe) "flick" in the video, but after that absolutely nothing more.
I am currently unable to do any real in-air testing to confirm this but I expect similar results. The YellowJacket is a very high quality vRX as many here know and I would expect nothing less than excellent filtering in it by Iftron, the maker.
Have an extra YellowJacket laying around, if anyone wants, PM me.
I have the yellowjacket as well - zero interference so far with crossfire -- I am thinking the yellowjacket is the solution albeit an expensive one.

If this is the case then the SAW filter is the solution.

If the yellow jacket is working then it is clear the saw filter is the solution for this problem.. they are crappy 1.2 receivers. I bought the crossfire maybe a little too early. I can't get the bluetooth to connect and I have had like 3 updates but have not used it yet on a flight.

Awesome. Keep us posted about the results. I think you also need somemore separation between VTX and VRX for a real test.
