Now I can confirm that Crossfire isn't compatible at all with setups running 1.2ghz video. A week ago I flew 26km and back on my quad using my good old 433mhz LRS.

Here's what you have with Crossfire:

Notice what happened starting from 6-7km.

And here is the flight with 433mhz LRS:

A very decent signal quality till the maximum distance.

Filtering and separation of XFire TX from Video RX doesn't help at all. I would like to send it back.

Your best bet is a real filter on the VRx side or separation (like 30m on a relay, in the -15dBi cone of a pepperbox). I have an inter-digital filter that attenuates Crossfire by -60dBm and only has a 0.25dBm loss in the passband. A cheaper option with -0.7dBm loss is this if you want to try it https://www.minicircuits.com/WebStor...l=CBP-1260C%2B

Pretty sure this applies to the crossfire as well. https://youtu.be/ul-toLTCouM

Hey, I just buy Crossfire but too late read this thread. So that means I got video problem with my 1.2 vtx (1500mw) and NexWave 1G3 RX (Dom v3) (ibcrazy bluebeam on vtx and rx) with Crossfire? I should cancel my order ASAP?

some guys are makin it work with high dollar vrx's and filters. my opinion would be to sell off your 1.3 and go 2.4 and keep the crossfire
    flyin HIGH

Other guys are making it work by walking a few yards to have separation between ground station and transmitter, or soldering a $4 part into their VTx. After watching a friend reach nearly 20 miles with Crossfire, I have 1.2GHz stuff on the way.
