Sweet I'll look into it. I was also thinking about the HoryzonHD but I think I'm going to wait for more reviews.

Very nice. I'll have to add Daniels Park to my list of FPV targets. Yesterday I had an awesome flight at the Hidden Mesa open space near Franktown (despite having the hinges on my ground station break and having to lean my ground station against a yucca plant to keep it upright). The bluffs and gullies south of Denver can be pretty fun to fly in.
Donīt think Iīve posted my alpine flight here yet.
Most know the vid already, so just for the record on this thread...

-LOSers cry wolf when they see SHEEP
-Why? ...because I can.
my GF: "Youīre right behind Trappy! ...whoa, a bull behind a sheep."
Very nice! That reminds me of one of Trappy's videos, with the female German singer and the mountains. I so envy you guys in the alps. Does the wind rarely blow there or something? I've been told the reason there aren't more videos like that coming out of the Colorado mountains is because the wind is so nasty here. There must be less wind in the Alps making it easier to fly there.
Donīt know any comparing statistics as for the wind, but we have windy and not so windy days
Why is it that my vid only shows the link? Donīt get it - I did a video attachment...

My first FPV video after moving home to Denver, flying the Hogback over on the west side of town. It had been stormy all day, but I managed to catch it when the air was dead calm. I had a beautiful flight cruising along the hogback and flying around Ken Caryl Ranch park. I don't know if RC is technically allowed there or not, but nobody said anything to me.

As you can see, I'm still having a bit of trouble with hand launching my 3.5 lb Hawk Sky at Denver's altitude. I thought maybe I was using too much throttle so this time I used too little and only got the plane airborne because I threw it off a hillside. I also decided for the heck of it to land the plane LOS which I haven't done in forever, and nearly ran into my ground station lol.
