Buyer Seller Feedback for Team-Blacksheep. Rock On!

I would like to put my 2 cents worth in for Team Blacksheep. Saw the videos and was extremely impressed and amazed to say the least. Decided to buy some gear from Trappy. I was apprehensive about sending several hundred dollars overseas and the PayPal site came up in German so I postponed my order and sent Trappy an email explaining why. He responded very quickly and was very understanding and friendly. He responded to my concerns and gave an honest review of himself saying they were far from perfect but that there should be sufficient evidence of others satisfied with their purchases to give me confidence. He was absolutely correct so I went ahead and took the $$$ big plunge into FPV and trusted Team Blacksheep with my hard earned dollars. I received my gear here in CA USA sooner than I expected and Trappy has been super friendly in giving me suport and advice while building my first FPV project. I highly recommend these guys, in my opinion they are the best in the world at what they do (at least on the civilian side of things). Thanks again!

PS: Just got my GoPro today looks like I'll be needing the special mount, time to start saving my pennies again..

Trappy really is very responsive and friendly ! I haven't (yet) contacted him for technical advice, but he went chasing the mailman for an order that I have placed and practically provided the wrong shipping address...
How's that for customer service ?

    Strongly Recommended !

Its very nice, especially for the rookie FPV'er like myself, to purchase proven items that plug and play well together. Of course that comes with a price premium, but it was worth it to save my time experimenting and ordering from many sources.

Raphael has also been very accommodating fulfilling my order. One item was out of stock, with no firm due date from his supplier, so Raphael offered to remove one from one of his personal planes, test the part, and ship it to get me up and running. Above and beyond customer service for sure!

International shipping cost was reasonable at $15 USD for my order.

Definitely someone passionate about the hobby and transferring that knowledge into a business, I’m happy to support TBS.
Only thing I'd like to see TBS change is to add more FPV components to the web store for more of a one stop shop.

Yeah - you guys need to get your post-cout up (or some videos) so your vouches hold more weight. But it's always nice to vouch for good service.

To be honest, I have had tons of questions and need all sorts of help but I really hate it when a newb (or LOSer (LOL awesome thread)) like myself walks in and asks a bunch of questions that have already been answered. So I have spent quite a bit of time reading archived threads from the last few years rather than posting like crazy. Sure enough, almsot every question I have had so far has already been answered somewhere on FPVLAB. My FPV project is coming along nicely thanks to TBS and Trappy's advice I'm confident that it will be successful and hopefully some good Northern California content will soon be emerging. PS: are TBS T-Shirts for sale somewhere? I see them in the vids and they look really cool!

I bought a TBS 69 cam and the psu from TBS and I'm very happy with the purchase.
Just finishing my zephyr 2 off and must say the equipment performs very good. Got a Pixim Seawolf from securitycamera2000 on my skywalker, but the TBS 69 handles light better. And the PSU is already burried in the Foam, it comes with a very well shielded cable.
I didn't need technical support yet but I'm sure TBS would help me!
And in the forum TBS posts a lot and helps everybody with that...

    Keep up the good work!!

Definitely went above and beyond my expectations, I plan to purchase another TB69/PSU shortly!
