Making my antennas some help please,

went to home depot today, to get wire for my
    cloverleaf and skew-planer antennas,

they had the .030 Lincoln copper coated welding wire,
the .035 was not copper covered, so i did not buy it as i was afraid it wouldn't work
    1--will it still work?

so i bought a roll of the .030,

2--can i use the .030 for the cloverleaf, and the skew-planer wheel ?

    also they had RG59 cable,,but no RG58,
3--can that be used?? in place of the RG58??
i was afraid to waste my money buying some,

    im using 1.3GHz
    1280MHz
    thanks
    john

What frequency? 1.3 and 2.4 the .030 will work well. 5.8 not so much.

don't by the RG59 is 75Ohm, you "can't" use it. You need a 50Ohm cable.
