    Making Gopro snow/splash proof

    Hey guys.
I want to use Z2 Gopro box from Chris but when i land in heavy snow i think the camera will get to wet. I ordered a layer lense to protect the lense but what should i use to make the camera more water proof? I was thinking about wrapping it in a latex glow or something but not sure if that will work. And when i make a whole for the lense it will probably tare it apart when its streched.

    Any other ideas?

Put the cam in a rubber balloon! Did it few times and it works great + your not adding much weight. Just cut a hole for the lens, put the gopro in and install your layer lens on top. Use a ''sharpie'' or any other marker pen to mark location of the buttons.

Thanks for the tip. But how do you get it pass the opening? Cut it away?

They designed a solution to this problem and it is included in the box with the GoPro.

I run my Zephy2 with it's full case and thus flying in snow and landing on wet fields is never a problem
