Check your gains, I haven't bothered using the simulator, each aircraft can get checked in the air with a Rth test, if guardian is on a switch or lever reduce the end points to reduce the gain..
With guardian it's recommended that ailerons are used, not the rudder, and also in the servo analysis wizard, you need to do full ail & ele deflections, pre guardian it was turn deflections only.
My suggestion is, redo the servo analysis via the osd, not the computer interface, fly it Los, trim it, redo the servo analysis (trim change the way guardian & Rth work) then test the guardian in the air. If guardian works ok, the Rth shouldn't have an issue.
