Fun Fact About Gopro Hero 2's

If they're in the nose of a very high speed wing (1200w 48", very thin wing).
and you launch the wing at WOT
and the left aileron's control horn decides to depart from the left aileron
and the wing does a beautiful high speed screwball arc 20' high and about 30' distance
and impacts the asphalt parking lot at a perfect 60* angle
and the gopro, who's mount was epoxied (60min no less) onto 3/16" hardwood rips itself off the hardwood
and the case hits hard enough after that to shatter the lens, unlatch itself and let the hero 2 itself roll nakid another 2 parking lot spaces away

the hero 2 can't write fast enough & you loose a buffer of about 10-15 seconds behind real time and it shows a really cool little screen of a guy flying over a bike telling you the file is corrupt. and it wont repair it.

Also, if it goes nose first into a hard object at about 150km/h without the protective case, it tends not to survive, and can get so mangled you can't even get the memory card out, let alone read the data. Cheers!

Just a waterproof housing lens taped over the bare stock lens otherwise totally exposed. The same camera... and still using it, although it seems to be beaten a little out of focus and the LCD screen is toast.

    You can guess which one:
