If they're in the nose of a very high speed wing (1200w 48", very thin wing).
and you launch the wing at WOT
and the left aileron's control horn decides to depart from the left aileron
and the wing does a beautiful high speed screwball arc 20' high and about 30' distance
and impacts the asphalt parking lot at a perfect 60* angle
and the gopro, who's mount was epoxied (60min no less) onto 3/16" hardwood rips itself off the hardwood
and the case hits hard enough after that to shatter the lens, unlatch itself and let the hero 2 itself roll nakid another 2 parking lot spaces away
the hero 2 can't write fast enough & you loose a buffer of about 10-15 seconds behind real time and it shows a really cool little screen of a guy flying over a bike telling you the file is corrupt. and it wont repair it.
