    Airwave and Immersionrc 600 transmitter

Will this work well '5.8ghz "TrueWired" omnis package' with the titled tx/rx? The Airwave measures 1 millivolt on the receiver antenna jack. If not what do you recommend? Need to mount the coax horizontally on the tx, it's on a quad. Can you mount a 90 on both ends? I assume the Windmill needs to be facing up or down.

The airwave Rx need a mod to work with "closed loop antennas", not sure if the 5.8ghz ones need it. If your comfortable with removing a resistor, it's easy.

I cannot put a 90deg. plug on both ends. The windmill need to face up or down, yes.

If it's the tiny resistor next to the antenna mount on the outside of the metal shield, no problem. Really appreciate if you would elaborate on 'not sure if the 5.8ghz ones need it', I'm a new to antenna selection.

I believed only the 1.2ghz/2.4ghz model have this DC bias on the RX input, but not you need to remove a small resistor, shown here:
