Maximum what? The quarter wavelength for 459mhz is 155mm.

You aren't supposed to use extensions but screwed right to the receiver.

I saw extentions on an ezuhf in a video from trappy before. I was planning to use an extention on 1 antenna too to get more diversity...

I am only repeating what Sander has said a few times on here. That is why he uses the "bunny ears" setup.
