Same as I did for the fiberglass..
Simply pass it with a paintbrush first on the foam with the epoxy, then put the kevlar/fiberglass, let it soak in a couple minutes, thne pass it again with a brush of epoxy. After that I use a transparant plastic sheet and cover it, and I press it to squeeze out the excess epoxy, then soak it up with clothe.
I leave the plastic on, and I put it in my kitchen oven at 40-50C ( a part at a time ;-) 20 min per side) as to heat up the resin which makes it extra hard. Then leave it rest for 24 hours. Then strip off the plastic and then finished... the shave it...
Please ALL USE GLOVES when working with Kevlar as it causes cancer, and please do NOT polish it with a sander, as the dust particles could reach your lungs.

And if you want to get extra grip to the foam, poke it with a needle...

You need at least 40 minutes work time, or else you have no chance.
The epoxy must be designed for aramid like this one. Try to see of you find the same brand in the US...

Oh yeah and for the oven thing, you really dont have to do it. I just do it if the harndner I bought is a little old, then it has a hard time setting off. But if its new, you typically dont need to put it in the oven. I burned a couple of planes that way :-)...

Anyways if you do it, then just put one wing at a time and let her cook for 20min. Its just that the resin starts is hardening process. With the extra heat it makes it even harder...
