just wanted to thank you for sharing this. coming from the 3d printing world (thingiverse.com) i was somewhat shocked to see how a huge majority of the RC community was very much anti open source or just didnt fully understand how something can be open source but safe from other people profiting from it.

thanks for the awesome design, instructions for all the stuff you have made. you are a huge asset to the worldwide rc/fpv hobby.

If it is broken, fix it. if it isn't broken, I'll soon fix that.

    my try at the Crosshair

Heres my first try at the crosshair,
i cut down a nylon bolt for my center piece in the tube,
I also ripped out the cable off the thick ugly plastic whip antenna, and used that for my cable, it worked out to be long enough in the tube, I soldered the end and filled it with hot glue, to seal the tube,
I still have to seal the top, and cut my wires to length,
It took me forever to find .035 wire with the copper coat on it,
my panel is 12x12,, 1.4 nylon bolts, copper hobby 5/16 brass tube,
soldering the wires was fun,,,used a magnifier,,,
wish the tube soldering had come out prettier,,,

    comments welcome,,,thanks
    john

Your Crosshair is LHCP, your SPW is RHCP.

Just unsolder your elements, flip them and you're done. (RHCP-RHCP)

    Im confused

and thats an easy thing for me to be,

1--am i matched up with these two???

and i did the added wires on the short wires,,as in post #213

there is no continuity when i test the two wires on the crosshair,
2--can the Crosshair blow out my RX if ive done something wrong?

3--can one use a skew-planer, as well as the cloverleaf? if for anything for testing?

    thanks
