Parkzone Radian Pro Aileron Bent in Shipping

I just got my Radian Pro and after taking it out of the box noticed the aileron is warped as shown in this picture. Nothing appeared wrong in the shipping box, everything was well packed.

On the left it is nicely aligned with the flap but on the right it is about 1/4 inch down (which of course is up in this picture). I'd rather not go through the hassle returning it, though I'm sure it could never be as bad as hobby king. I tried over flexing it and letting it sit for a half an hour and it just went back to this.

Is there a way to fix this without surgery or do I need to send it back?

If your dead set on fixing, try using a hair dryer to heat it. Just be very careful. Apply a bit of heat and then lightly flex it. Do this until it is straight. Use this method at your own risk

Got on the phone with Parkzone today and they are sending me a new wing. Pretty impressed with being able to talk to an English speaking person on a Saturday. They have a call back system so you don't have to sit on hold. He was very nice. 180 degrees out from dealing with Hobby King.
