Will you make one for the Fatshark aviator too? They're really looking good!

Thanks! No, currently I don't have plans to make them for any other video goggles or ski masks. This was just one of my own projects -- but enough people have bugged me to make these laser cut delrin lenses that I decided to do a small run.

Just wanted to let you know that I put my order in as well. I haven't bought the shapeway yet. I was wondering whether or not to get the black strong and flexible or the black detail. Would you mind letting me know your opinion of which one to get? Thanks

I never printed this design at shapeways -- the print that I did was from a different 3D print shop which is a bit more expensive and my print material and surface came out very rough (you can see it in the pictures) -- but it works fine. From a functional perspective, you should be fine with the 'strong and flexible' material, I think. If you want it to look nice, neat, and smooth, you can go with the 'black detail' material, but I don't think this design needs it. You'd use 'detail' material for small items that have fine detail, which this base holder does not have.

We now have less than 10 of the 18 kits left... if you want one, get your order in soon. If we run out, I'll make more, but it will take another 2 weeks or so to get them. If you are part of the first 18 orders, you'll get one sent out by end of March.

Tim! I made a reservation for the "Ski Goggle Mod" as a one of the first 18s. Should I pay now?
And how much will cost the shipping to the U.S.?
