I was thinking of doing wireless ground but I think to start I'll leave it as an option but not buy the wireless gear yet..I'm sure I'll get tired of draping a chord around....I'll have to do 800/1.3 or 5.8 though...

How necessary is that tracking for distance if you have a fixed target?

Wireless gs/goggles is more the ease of launching for me. Goggles on head, throw it and climb 100-200 feet, pull down the glasses and get amongst the fpv goodness. Dont have to quickly run back to your tripod and grab your glasses. I find it a lot easier.

Double-sided tape is probably easiest, and you can always cut it loose again later.

ID:	6234I found enough room to include the Haier 7" monitor just in case the jvc goes on the blink.

After enough use, i havent had to purchase a video splitter with the headplays and the jvc hooked up together.
Even started recording the gps info from the EzOsd into a minidisc recorder for the upload to the player in case i
    don't bring the laptop.

I think it just came out last December. It's available through a few places like foxtech and BEVRC but they seem to be out of stock. I found mine on ebay. I haven't really used it much (that was the first vid I recorded with it) so I can't review it yet but so far it's working like it should.
