I'd like to pick one of these up. So far, I've found a few vendors:
bevrc.com
lowpricerc.com
fpvhobby.com
All of these vendors seem to be in China, and shipping (at $35-$50) really stinks! I'm wondering if there are any US suppliers available.

Readymaderc announced that they will carry it in the near future. You might check in his forum and ask if he has an ETA.
bevrc.com offers free shipping on orders over $200
Maybe this would be a good time to buy a LRS or another plane or two, so you can get free shipping.![]()
I will look into that! I had considered ordering a pair of Skywalkers from lowpricerc.com to mitigate the shipping cost, until I notice the shipping cost for 2 planes was basically 2x the shipping cost for one plane.I don't mind spending more money for something usable...I just hate to see it spent as transport fees.
Yes - I ordered 2 SW from LowPrice as well - I saved nothing - haha. But grabbed the extra one for my co-pilot... I figured what the heck - it's just money, we'll make more. LOL
"I Like Waffles" : FPVLAB on Facebook
I just placed an order with bevrc yesterday and got free shipping. Part of that order was another skywalker.
In that case, you got the last one...they're now showing "out of stock".![]()
BTW...any suggestions on other "must have" items from BEVrc, in order to break the $200 limit? Assuming they get SW back in stock, I was thinking of ordering a SkySurfer as well, but that's not much over $100. Maybe a couple of each? LOL Any ideas on that Falcon flying wing? Any electronic must-haves that would be good to order now, for my ground station build (yet to be started)?
The "free shipping over $200" seems to put BEVrc well above the other options, and their price on the plane alone is still competitive.
I don't have a SkySurfer or Falcon wing, so I can't really comment on those. I do have planes that are similar though. I've been tempted to try the Falcon, but I have a SkyFun I bought from HobbyKing that probably isn't different by much.
Since my FPV experiences have been fraught with range issues, due to using inadequate RC rx, I decided to buy the ChainLink LRS (DragonLink clone) and be done with it. That, plus my replacement Skywalker, brought my order to an amount sufficient to get free shipping. I probably wouldn't have bought the LRS right now, except for the shipping - they're obviously on to something with that hook.
BTW, I just found out that "alishanmao" is a 5% discount code on bevrc.com. Too late for my order, but maybe not for yours.
Just an idea, but you might be able to arrange a group buy?
