I figured this would be a good place to post this for now.
As Ready Made RC, LLC has been growing, I've been using some part time help from a few people to help me keep things moving along. Now I'm to the point that I'm ready to start adding more full time positions (or possibly some regularly scheduled part time help as well).
I'm looking for someone in the Columbus Ohio area with some RC, FPV, and/or engineering experience. Job duties would vary based on the experience and background of the individual, but would likely include one or all of the following:
customer support, order packing, product packaging, operation of CNC router, new product design, product manufacturing...who knows what else.
Someone with RC experience (planes, helis, cars) could be very useful, especially if that person has any experience troubleshooting issues.
I'm not trying to define the requirements too narrowly because I'm growing quickly and could probably make use out of a wide range of skills, but much of the work initially will involve helping to pack/pick orders, combined with some of the other "more interesting" stuff depending on the background of the individual.

I'm a pretty easy going guy, and after working in the "corporate" world for 11 years, I'm going to stay as far away from that type of work atmosphere as possible. That said, I want people who are passionate for the hobby and who will be excited to work here. I have very high standards for customer service, and I will expect the same for the people who work for me!
