ITMan... You don't really need the new connectors although it would have prevented the "accident" yesterday. Just one of those things I guess. We will order some from China, but in the mean time just make sure nothing is touching.. It was a freak thing, but it happens... The long awaited DL rx should be in thursday and we will try again tuesday. Be truely thankfull that the only thing that took the direct short was the DL rx.. there are alot of other expensive electronics that somehow survived.. could have been a whole lot worse..

not to be negative, but we haven't received the rx yet.. Mike at DL has done this before... I really thing its shipped, but past experience can prove otherwise..

Its about time.. Only since Feb, but at least it arrived just at the right time. I found out from DL that the O on the rx plate means that the unit is the original firmware version.. just what you needed.. Looking more and more like tuesday will be the maiden flight of the Zephyr II...

    SUCESS.

Sorta. The GPS is still dead. Oh well. FLEW ANYWAY~

Video coming soon. Its kind of boring for most of you, I was only flying line of sight because I have not yet devised a way to take my glasses off, put the goggles on, and then reverse that to land.

Was going to say, that receiver should be OK and would be worthy to test it, electricity takes the path of least resistance so it likely stayed on ground.

    Good to see you flying!
