There is a lot of stress on planes that have pods when you smack into something - keep that in mind. X8 - unproven. You should decide on a plane by the mission you plan to accomplish with it *most* of the time.

This is what I've been waiting for! Hopefully it flies as well as it looks.
Good luck fitting that in your car lol.

It's wings come off. It gets a lot smaller than the ZII. That's one of the things that's so appealing about it.
That also could be a negative. Planes with a lot of moving/removable parts are hard to get to be stable. The spar on the trailign edge also doesn't seem to go very deep into the embedded spar in the wing. The leading spar also seems a little "young" for a plane of this size. All hard to tell by the pics - but I don't see this plane becoming a game-changer w/out a LOT of help. I'd love to prove myself wrong though.

Dear Bevrc,
Please could I have Sentry's place in the queue, as well as my own?
Kind regards,
Ian
You're right, we could, well *I* could, be getting over-excited prematurely (not for the first time) about this, but it just looks so damn good and Bevrc do have form when it comes to designing and supplying the types of plane which work well for FPV.
I'm getting excited prematurely again!![]()
The Gopro looks a bit lost inside this thing.![]()
It certainly looks alot less durable than a standard wing, the winglets looks like they'd snap off / get damaged easily.
But it is very exciting to look at in the sky(and even on the ground).
