    If I didn't alre ady have the Z2 I'd be all over that X8, that's a neat looking plane, I don't need speed or aerobatics.

    Looks like it would make a great long range plane, 3-4S/5000 batteries onboard, oh yeah...

    Yea, my intent for this plane is long range. I'll be testing it in the desert in a couple weeks.

    slightly off-topic:

    Lately I was very upset about BEVRC and their customer support, renting along because I purchased the X-8 there. I feel obliged to let you guys know that they have finally - after 2 weeks - gotten back to me and addressed my issues with paying 2 times the shipping cost. Still not great but at least a sign that they do read emails.

    Just wanted to let you know.

    Guys, what did you mention about? you can talk it clearly, I hold the BEVRC, we are a little slow for email reply, but we are trying to get it improved, our email support need to reply over 300 emails per day, that's a hard work, I have contact Sentry, talking about open a support subforum but never get reply from him.

    Any update on when the black model will be ready for shipping?

    The fulselage is ready, the factory is manufacturing the wings now, I think will be ready soon, pity that the factory just manufactur 800units for this batch, so I think it won't last long, but surely the pre-orders will be sent first.

    You must be joking! You had your chance to patiently read the emails I sent to you. Look, if there is one weirdo complaining because he has nothing better to do, I totally agree with your statement. But to be frank with you, you should have listened to a bunch of people telling you your email support is "lagging" (which is an understatement. First they will tell you, then they will yell at you and then there is the frustration. With your support you have really over-stretched the limits.
    You cannot just throw products on the market and expect people to buy with no question being asked. That's not how business works. There will always be problems, of course, but if the buyer cannot address those problems to the vendor, there will be frustration.

    I'm not telling you how to run your business, but maybe it's time for some new staff taking care of customers. Your products and prices are fine, that's why I'm ordering from you guys. But the support channel is just super bad.

    you mention the forum: 3 weeks the only posts allowed were:"Give us your tips and hints what you want from the new flying wing". There was no nothing were one could address all these issues.

    So, make it better and we will see.

    Yes, man, that's what we will focus on this year, support better. In the last 2 years, we mainly focus on large stock and fast shipping, it's time to walk to another step now.
