You guys have the right idea! Just make sure you are in the coupling range. Ebay has ones that pop up cheap frequently. The .5-18GHz is unheard of. WOW! Mine is 2-6GHz. I think I got it for $65 shipped.
The C-046-10 looks like it will perfectly cover our band. 10db coupling too, so it's easy to read! Any idea where we can get these? I check Digikey and Newark. Might try Down East Microwave and Mini Circuits.
