    EZOSD: Not Working

    Hello everyone.

Yesterday I was working my EZAntenna Tracker, and went to power up my rig through the current sensor, and the rig did turn on but the EZOSD did not, no FPV signal. (Later I connected the Tx to the camera independently and the Tx worked fine).

I updated firmware on the EZOSD to see if that could make it run, but it did not work when connected to the Current Sensor. But the red light did turn on while updating, and it successfully updated firmware.

Saucisse on RCG, recommended to unwrap the Current Sensor to check for damage, but could not find any, neither on the EZOSD... I attach pictures.

Any recommendations? I appreciate the help.

    Okay, lets do some troubleshooting:

    1) With the EzOSD connected to the current sensor with the supplied 4-pin cable, does the EzOSD LED blink? Yes/no?
    2) If 1) is no, do you measure battery voltage at the Tx output connector on the current sensor? Yes/no?
    3) If 1) and 2) are no then your current sensor is defective.

    1) No, neither do I have voltage out of the 4-pin of the current sensor.
    2) Yes, I got voltage out of the Tx output of the current sensor.

That means I have to replace the current sensor, or can it be fixed?

If it lets me update successfully the EZOSD, and the light blinks, does it mean the EZOSD is ok?

    I appreciate your help Ssassen.

    Regards,

    Mark

Alright, can you draw how you have everything wired up? A scanned in drawing on a piece of paper is just fine. Also, do you measure 5V (approx.) across the following?

Yes, they're pretty difficult to render defective.

Why the seperate video battery? You can just tie the Vtx to the main battery. Can you use a piece of wire and connect the following.

I had it configured it that way to get rid of the engines noise.

Yeah I can solder it together, then test EZOSD?
