Anybody have a clue how high this flight was?

I don't have an OSD yet so I have to rely on good old google earth. What kind of altitude do you this is?

After that moment in the picture I cut off the power and glided back down for 7-9 minutes with my easystar on a 5000mah.

My guess would be pretty darn. As in, "pretty darn high".

What camera lense? It is hard to say, but with a 2.9mm lense I have gone to about 1700ft, and it kinda looked not as high...

I'm not sure how high you are, but here is how you can calculate it using photos when you don't have an OSD.

You know as an alternative to a OSD you can probably get a EagleTree altimeter. I think it works stand-alone and you just download the data after your flight. I wanna say they are $30. Might wanna double check though

An altimeter would be awesome but I'm saving up for an ezOSD

    400 ft

    1000 - 1300 meters probably, or ~3000 ft.
