Hello,
What is the range for the EZUHF Transmitter and Receiver?
Thanks, Wildman
TBS have the record with 86km. But they used a grid antenna on the EZHUF transmitter if I remember correctly.

Thanks for the reply, so what TX are most people using for the UHF?
Yeap it works fine!!
You just need to create a cable. For that get a Trainer cable for Aurora. Don't use a stereo cable. Just get the trainer cable. Then you will have to cut it and include the Immersion connector. You will have to be cautious on the wiring. If you want I will give you the schematics. However, under this method, you will have to power the EzUHF separately. Some people change the connector inside the aurora to fit the EzUHF and use the Remote's battery. However, if you do that, you will not be able to use your trainner port with another aurora later if you need to.
Cheers,

Thanks roadrunner,
If you could let me know the schematics that would be great, What battery are you using for the UHF power?

You should be able to pull the module out, attach a connector to PPM and GND and run to the EZuhf TX box and power it with a separate 3S Lipo battery. That's what I'm planning anyway. I'm going to get a used futaba module, hack it apart and install an S-Video connector inside to keep the wiring clean....as soon as I get my grubby little mitts on an EZuhf system.
The module pinout is as follows:
